Phorm Announces Board Changes
Phorm (AIM: PHRM and PHRX), the internet personalisation technology company, announces the following changes to the Company's Board:
Mark Schneider is appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Mark was co-founder of leading European cable group UPC, which was subsequently acquired by Liberty Global in 2005. Mark has served on public and private company boards of companies operating in over 20 countries around the world, including United Artist Entertainment, UIH, UnitedGlobalCom, UPC, SBS Broadcasting and Blockbuster Video. With his background in international cable and telecommunications, Mark brings strong operating knowledge and an extensive network of contacts to the Board.
Kip Meek will step down from the Board with immediate effect. This follows Kip's previously announced appointment as Chairman of Project Canvas.
Kent Ertugrul, CEO of Phorm, commented, "I would like to thank Kip for his valuable insights and advice, which have contributed to the progress made by the Company since his appointment. We are sorry to see Kip go, but recognise that he needs to focus his energies on Project Canvas. We wish him well.

Save as set out in the Appendix, there are no further details in relation to the above appointment which require disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM rules.

These options have a vesting period of four years, and expire ten years from the Date of Grant. Following this grant, Mr Schneider will have options over 200,000 Ordinary Shares.
