DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Air Partner has appointed Neil Morris as interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 April 2014.

Neil is currently Air Partner's interim Group Financial Controller, a position he has held since July 2013.

Prior to joining Air Partner, Neil was Group Finance Director of All Leisure Group PLC, the niche cruise and tour operator listed on AIM. Before joining All Leisure, he spent 11 years at Deloitte LLP, primarily working in the aviation and travel sector.

As previously announced, Gavin Charles will be leaving on the 30th April and the hand over to Neil Morris is underway. Air Partner continues to work with Odgers Berndtson, one of the UK's pre-eminent executive search firms, to assist in the search process for a permanent Chief Financial Officer and will provide an update as soon as practical. A new Group Financial Controller will also be appointed in due course.

There is no further information required for disclosure pursuant to paragraph LR.9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
