Directorate Change - Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Further to the CEO succession announcement on 27 October 2016, Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Moneysupermarket" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that Mark Lewis will be appointed an Executive Director of the Company on 13 March 2017 and following a handover will become Chief Executive Officer on 10 April 2017. Peter Plumb will step down as an Executive Director at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2017.
