Appointment of Group Finance Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas James Lister as Group Finance Director with effect from 1st June 2008. Mr Lister, 52, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He previously held positions with The 600 Group plc, where he was latterly Group Financial Controller, and Bridon plc. Mr Lister brings a wealth of public company and mergers & acquisitions experience to the Board.
The Board now comprises two executive directors, a Chief Executive and a Finance Director and three non-executive directors including the Chairman. There are no plans to increase the size of the Board at this time.
Mr Lister is also a director of Woolley Hall Gardens Limited. There are no further matters to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
