St. Modwen appoints IAN BULL as a non-executive Director

St. Modwen Properties PLC, the UK's leading regeneration specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Bull as a non-executive director with effect from 1st September 2014.

Ian (aged 53) is currently Chief Financial Officer and main board director at Ladbrokes plc, a position he has held since 2011. His financial experience spans over 20 years with companies such as Whitbread plc and Buena Vista Home Entertainment (Walt Disney Company). He held a number of senior positions with BT Group between 1997 and 2005, including Chief Executive of BT Retail Enterprises and Chief Financial Officer, BT Retail. From 2006 to 2011 Ian was Group Finance Director of Greene King plc. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Ian will succeed John Salmon as Audit Committee Chairman on his retirement from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th March 2015.
