DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Arrow Global Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Gillian Key-Vice, an independent Non- Executive Director, will retire from the Board on 27th November 2014. As disclosed in the 2013 Annual Report, Gillian runs a consultancy business and wishes to concentrate on developing this.

The search for Gillian's replacement is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
