Directorate Changes

Legendary Investments Plc announces that Gavin Anthony Preston has resigned as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 April 2011. Gavin leaves to pursue other interests. The Board would like to thank Gavin for his contribution to Legendary over the last two years.

Thomas Werner Reuner joins the Board of Legendary as an Executive Director with immediate effect. Thomas, 46, is a corporate strategy consultant with a particular focus on the IT sectors. Thomas's expertise lies in investment research, evaluating and formulating business and IT strategies and analysing technology adoption. Thomas has held senior positions with IDC in Germany and with Gartner, NelsonHall and KPMG Consulting in the United Kingdom. Thomas has a PhD in history from the University of Göttingen in Germany.

Thomas's appointment will broaden the range of skills and expertise available to the Board and will enable the Company to accelerate and broaden its investment process.

Thomas does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

Thomas is also a director of TSM Strategies Ltd, a management consultancy firm.

There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Thomas Reuner in accordance with the requirements of Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
