Resignation of Director
13 October 2015: Auhua Clean Energy Plc (AIM: ACE) (the "Company"), the environmental technology group, announces that due to increasing demands on his time from his other business commitments, Mr David Sumner has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company. The directors would like to thank David for his valuable contributions during his time with the Company. Mr Raphael Tham has assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
