Manchester Building Society Changes to Board Membership

Manchester Building Society Group ("the Society") today announces the resignation of Mrs Susan Molloy, non-executive director following a period of ill health. Further, Mr Ian Richardson, Director and Secretary, has not sought re-appointment at the Society's forthcoming Annual General Meeting and accordingly will leave the Society after the AGM.

David Harding, Chairman of the Society, said: 

"Susan and Ian have provided great service to the Society's members through their time on the Board and I wish them both well. The Society is in the process of making further non executive appointments to the Board and I hope to announce these shortly".
