The Board of Belgravium Technologies plc announces that with effect from 1 Jan 2010 Chris Phillips (currently a director of the Company) will also be appointed Company Secretary.
From the same date, Mike Unwin, currently Company Secretary, will be appointed Finance Director and resign as Company Secretary.
Stephen Day, having been a non-executive Director for 9 years, announces that he will not seek re-election at the next AGM.
