Sierra Leone Diamond Company Ld31 March 2005 For immediate release 31 March 2005 Sierra Leone Diamond Company Limited ("SLDC" or the "Company") Board Appointment Sierra Leone Diamond Company (AIM : SLD), the diamond exploration company withlicence interests wholly focussed in the country of Sierra Leone, is pleased toannounce the appointment of Martin Dunham (Aged: 41) as Chief Financial Officerand a Director of the Company. Mr Dunham joins SLDC from Gemfield Resources plc, a precious stone explorationand mining company with assets located in Zambia. He also has extensiveexperience of the London Stock Exchange's AIM market and the accompanyingregulatory environment.
