Ceyda has tendered her resignation for personal reasons in order to devote moretime to her social projects in Turkey. Ceyda will continue in her role asManaging Director of ITE's 50% owned Turkish associate, Istanbul Trade Fairs(ITF). Ian Tomkins, ITE Group plc's Chief Executive Officer said, "Ceyda Erem joinedthe main Board of ITE Group plc in December 1999, when ITE Group made itsinitial investment in ITF.
