Appointment of Director
Bowleven is pleased to announce that Tim Sullivan joined the Company as a non-executive director on 13 May 2009.
Since being awarded an MSc in Geophysics from Birmingham University in 1972, Tim has 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Conoco, Getty Oil and Enterprise Oil, before establishing Revus Energy in 2002.
Tim has held exploration management positions since 1983, when he was appointed exploration manager for Getty Oil in Egypt. More recently, from 1997 to 2002, he was responsible for much of Enterprise Oil plc's international business, culminating in the position of worldwide Exploration Manager from 2000 - 2002.
From 2002 to 2006 Tim was Chief Executive Officer of Revus Energy ASA. He stepped down from this position in 2006 to enable him to concentrate on the Exploration activities of the company. Tim currently holds the position of Exploration advisor to Wintershall.
