Cablevisión Holding Informs New Company Authorities

On 6 December 2022, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") disclosed through the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the list of the Company's authorities, as from 1 January 2023, following the appointment of Mr. Ignacio Rolando Driollet by the Special Ordinary and Extraordinary Class "A" Shareholders' Meeting held on 6 December 2022 and the positions allocated to each appointed director at the meeting held on the same date.
