Keller Group PLC12 July 2007 For immediate release 12 July 2007 KELLER BOARD APPOINTMENT Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist, ispleased to announce that it intends to appoint Mr Roy Franklin OBE as aNon-Executive Director with effect from 19 July 2007. Mr Franklin, who is a geologist by training, is currently the Non-executiveChairman of Bateman Litwin N.V. and Novera Energy plc, both of which areAIM-listed, and is a Non-executive Director of Santos Limited, theAustralian-listed energy company. His previous executive appointments include Paladin Resources plc, where he wasChief Executive from 1997 to 2005 and Clyde Petroleum plc, where he was GroupManaging Director from 1993 to 1997. Before that he was at BP for 18 years,latterly heading up BP Exploration's acquisitions and divestments group.
