Porta Communications Plc (AIM: PTCM) announces that, further to the announcement of 3 August 2017, the Company and Raymond McKeeve have agreed his formal resignation as a Non-Executive Director and the Company can now confirm that he has left the board.

John Foley, Non-Executive Chairman of Porta, commented: 

"The Board thanks Raymond for all of his valuable expertise and support over more than five years of service. The Board is actively seeking a replacement Non-Executive Director and will make an announcement in due course."
