Appointment of Finance Director
Synergy (SYR.L), a leading international provider of outsourced support services to health related markets, announces the appointment of Gavin Hill as Finance Director and to the Board of Directors, effective from 26 April 2010. This follows the announcement on 12 November 2009 that Ivan Jacques had informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Company.
Gavin is currently the Corporate Finance Director of Serco Group plc. Gavin has been with Serco since 2002 where he has held a number of senior finance and commercial positions, including Finance Director for Serco Home Affairs. Prior to joining Serco, he worked in a variety of finance and corporate treasury roles with Syngenta AG and AstraZeneca plc. Gavin is a Chartered Accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Corporate Treasurers.
