Appointment of new director and other board changes
The Company announces that the appointment of Mr Geoff Miller as a non-executive director of the Company and the resignation of each of William Tozier, Saul Rosenthal and Patrick Conroy from the board of directors of the Company take effect from today.
Contrary to the statement contained in the Company's announcement of 1 June 2009, the appointment and retirement of directors from the board of the Company does not require approval or a statement of no objection from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
