Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.11 (1), Ladbrokes Group Finance plc (the "Company") confirms that Kenneth Alexander will be appointed as director of the Company with effect from 29 March 2018. Kenny Alexander is the Chief Executive Officer of GVC Holdings PLC. There are no other disclosures to be made under LR 9.6.13.

Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.11 (2), the Company confirms that Geoffrey Mason will step down from his role as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
