Creightons PLC14 July 2005 CREIGHTONS PLC BOARD APPOINTMENT The Board of Creightons plc (the "Company") announces that, with effect fromtoday, Bill Glencross has been appointed to the Company's main board as anexecutive director, and to the board of Potter & Moore Innovations Limited, theCompany's wholly-owned contracts division subsidiary, as Managing Director. Billwill be primarily responsible for the day-today operations of the Group'scontracts division based at Peterborough. Bill has been Deputy Managing Director of Potter & Moore Innovations Limitedsince the Company's acquisition of the Potter & Moore business two and a halfyears ago. Bill has many years' experience in both the branded and private labelbusinesses, having been Sales & Marketing Director of Jean Sorelle and Potter &Moore, and was previously general manager of the Fine fragrance division ofShulton (Great Britain) Limited, part of Cyanamid Group Ltd.
