EUROMONEY INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR PLC

Directorate Change

July 6, 2010

Mr Gary Mueller has announced his intention to step down as an executive director of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (Euromoney) with effect from September 30, 2010, after which he plans to pursue a number of private ventures including serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School.

Mr Mueller founded Internet Securities, Inc (ISI), the emerging market information and data business, in 1994. Euromoney first acquired an interest in ISI in 1999 and Mr Mueller was appointed an executive director of Euromoney the following year. Mr Mueller intends to continue as a non-executive director of ISI and to retain his minority interest in ISI for the foreseeable future.

Mr Mueller is also chairman of Institutional Investor, Inc, another Euromoney subsidiary. He will be succeeded in this role by Ms Diane Alfano, the executive director responsible for Institutional Investor's successful conference division.
