26 June 2014 John Wood Group PLC ('Wood Group') - Directorate change (LR 9.6.12) Wood Group previously announced in September 2013 that Mike Straughen, GroupDirector HSSE, intends to retire during 2014 and now confirms that Mike willstep down from the Board on 31 August 2014. Mike has been a member of the Board since 2007 and was Group Director forEngineering from 2007 until 2013, overseeing impressive growth in the Group'sengineering businesses globally. He has also made a significant contribution inleading the Group's HSSE function and as a member of the Board's Safety &Assurance committee, since October 2013.
