Cashbox PLC21 March 2007 Cashbox plc Directorate Change Further to the announcement on 13 February 2007, the Board appointed aNon-Executive Director to complete an investigative review of the circumstancessurrounding the share dealings by Carl Thomas. On 20 March 2007, Carl Thomas wasdismissed without notice as CEO, director and employee of Cashbox plc and allits subsidiaries with immediate effect after a full disciplinary process. CarlThomas has a right to appeal against this decision, however at the present timeno appeal has been received. Chairman Anthony Sharp has executive responsibility for an interim period untila new Chief Executive is appointed and a search will commence shortly.
