Appointment of a director

The board of Vitesse Media is pleased to announce the appointment of Cathy Humphrey as Finance Director with effect from 12 August 2011.

Catherine Lesley Humphrey (50) has previously served as Group Financial Controller since February 2008 and has intimate knowledge of Vitesse's business.

Sara Williams, Executive Chairman, commented: "Cathy has transformed the finance function to make it speedier, more efficient and provide better management information. She richly deserves the promotion to Finance Director and will be instrumental in building the financial aspect of our long-term plans, as well as developing our M & A capability."

Cathy was a director of Mayday Group Limited, a catering recruitment business, in 2004 when the business was sold to Susan Hamilton Group. Subsequently, and following Cathy's departure, Mayday Group Limited was put into administration in July 2005.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced as required under

paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
