Managing Director of 54North Homes resigns from his role

Mark Pearson has taken the decision to resign from his role as Managing Director of 54North Homes, part of the Karbon Group, with effect from 31 December 2025.

Mark Pearson, Managing Director of 54North Homes said: "After careful consideration, I've taken the decision to step down from my role as Managing Director to seek new opportunities.

"My role has continued to change, bringing many exciting opportunities, and I feel now is the right time as the organisation continues to evolve."

"It's been a privilege to lead this organisation. I'm incredibly proud of everything we've achieved over the past three years, since the formation of 54North Homes, for the benefit of our customers and communities.

"I know my colleagues will continue to build on our achievements, and I look forward to seeing and celebrating 54N's and the wider Group's future successes from afar.
