DIRECTOR RESIGNATION - Notification under LR 9.6.13

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.13, The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company"), the investment bank and private client investment management group, announces that it has today received notice of the intention of Nick Irens to resign from the Board with effect from 31 December 2009.
Nick will continue in his role as Chairman of the Audit Committee until he leaves the Board.
The search for a successor to Nick is well advanced. The Board will announce details of the changes as soon as they are confirmed.
