Next plc has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Dianne Thompson as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2015.
Dianne has extensive senior management experience including more recently 14 years as Chief Executive Officer of Camelot Group, 5 years as Chairman of RadioCentre and 3 years as a non-executive Director of the Home Office.
Earlier this year the Company announced that Jonathan Dawson will stand down from the board at the AGM in May 2015.
The Board confirms that no other disclosures need to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of this appointment.
