DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Metals Exploration plc (the "Company") announces that Guy Walker has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 9 May 2011. Mr. Walker was nominated as a director by Runruno Holdings Limited in accordance with the Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement, which completed on 5 April 2011.

Guy Redvers Walker, aged 42, is currently a director of Endurance High Performance Fund Limited and Talisman Guernsey Management Limited. Within the last five years, he was also a director of KORE General Partner (Guernsey) Limited.
Mr. Walker has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
