MEIKLES LIMITED NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS Shareholders are advised that Mr James Mushore has been appointed to theCompany's Board of Directors. Mr Mushore is a Chartered Accountant turned banker with over 30 years'experience. He was instrumental in the establishment of the then NationalMerchant Bank of Zimbabwe as the first wholly Zimbabwean indigenous merchantbank in 1993. NMB Bank is now a retail bank catering for corporates and highnet worth individuals. He set up, and served as the Group Chief ExecutiveOfficer of NMBZ Holdings Limited, the holding company of NMB Bank Limited, from2010 to 2014. Mr Mushore also played a pivotal role in the dual listing forNMB on both the London and Zimbabwe Stock Exchanges. Prior to that Mr Mushore spent 6 years in the UK from 2004 to 2010, as afinancial advisor to companies doing business in Southern Africa. Prior to NMBBank Limited, he was a partner with Coopers & Lybrand in Zimbabwe and Zambia.Whilst at Coopers & Lybrand, he served as Managing Partner of the Zambianpractice where he also had responsibility for the Corporate Finance practice. Mr Mushore is a past director of the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority and pastChairman of the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority and past President of the Instituteof Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe.
