Gerry Murray has announced his intention to step down as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of Dods Group Plc with effect from the Annual General Meeting to be held 28 June 2012.

Gerry will remain an adviser to the group on Parliamentary matters and continue as publisher of The House magazine, Dods' flagship title.

The Board has now begun a process to identify a new Chief Executive Officer.

Kevin Hand, Chairman, said: "The Board is very grateful to Gerry for the contribution he has made to Dods over the last seven years. I would personally like to thank him for his counsel and advice in defining the strategy for the Group particularly as the architect of Dods' migration to Digital services which has transformed the business"

Gerry Murray said: "I have had a really exciting time guiding Dods through some very challenging times and developing the business as a significant force in digital media. I believe Dods is now set for substantial growth. I am pleased to remain in the role as adviser on Parliamentary affairs to the Group and to be able to pursue other business interests."
