Catalyst Media Group PLC19 December 2006 Catalyst Media Group Plc ("CMG") Directorate Change The Board of CMG announces that Mr Paul Duffen is stepping down as ChiefExecutive Officer with immediate effect to pursue his private interests. He hasalso resigned from the Board of CMG and from all associated companies. MichaelRosenberg, the chairman of CMG, will take on the role of executive chairman,also with immediate effect.
