Directorate Change - Group Finance Director

Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc (the "Company") announces that as part of the managed handover of his responsibilities Richard Pennycook will stand down from the Board on 10 April 2013 following completion of the Company's annual shareholder roadshow.

Trevor Strain, Group Finance Director Designate, will be appointed to the Board from 10 April 2013.

Richard Pennycook will remain with the Company until June 2013.
