Bovis Homes Group PLC01 December 2006 Appointment of Non-Executive Director The Board of Bovis Homes Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment ofColin Holmes as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1December 2006. Colin is the Chief Executive of Tesco's UK convenience business, and led theintegration of T & S Stores. Colin has considerable retail / commercialexperience, and has a financial background having been Tesco's UK FinanceDirector.
