Directorate change

Following the appointment of Mr Paul Meader to the Board on 18 August 2017, with effect from 31 December 2017 Mrs Carol Goodwin will step-down as a non-executive director of the Company. The Board will continue to keep its composition under review.

The Board would like to put on record their grateful thanks for Mrs Goodwin's considerable contribution since the inception of the Company and wishes her every success in the future.
