Directorate change

 

London, 5 November 2014 - Tengri announces proposed change to the Company's Board of Directors.

Dr David King, a non-executive director and Chairman of the Company, has advised the Board of Tengri that he will step down from his current non-executive role, effective immediately. This follows Dr King's recent resignation as a director of Robust Resources Limited (ASX: ROL), the majority shareholder of the Company. Non-executive director, Peter Moss, will take on the role of non-executive Chairman as well as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Subject to approval and completion of diligence, Tengri intends to appoint Mr. John Levings non-executive director of the Company. Mr Levings is an executive director of Robust Resources Limited.

Mr Levings is a geologist with over 30 years' experience. He has had extensive geological experience with large multinational companies in consulting and managerial roles globally. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Disclosure as required by AIM Rule 17 will be provided on Mr Levings' appointment.

As well as these changes to the Board of Directors, Tengri has initiated a process for the recruitment of an additional independent non-executive director and further announcements will be made in this respect in due course.
