Director Change and Appointment of Joint Broker

The Board of TWL, the on-line lottery and gaming company, has been informed by Keith Millhench, the Managing Director, that due to ill health he is unable to carry on with his duties and accordingly and regrettably he has resigned from the Board. The management and running of the Lottery business will not be affected as Kevin Young who has worked alongside Keith for the last 13 years, has been formally appointed Chief Technical Manager to run the business. Keith will assist TWL to ensure a smooth transition to the new management.

The board of TWL has begun the process of identifying a new CEO to run TWL as it develops in both its established lottery business and its emerging gaming activities, and hopes that it will be able to announce the appointment in the near future.

The Board are pleased to announce the appointment of Religare Capital Markets, presently its Nomad, to act as Joint Brokers alongside SVS Securities to assist the Board with the future development of the Company.

Finally the Board confirms that it continues negotiations with media, sporting, charitable and political organisations to provide its lottery and gaming services to new and important customers. It hopes and expects to make announcements of the conclusion of successful negotiations in the near future.
