Appointment of new Non-Executive Director
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc (the "Company") confirms that Lance Batchelor was today appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), the Company confirms that Lance Batchelor was a director of NXT PLC between 20 October 2004 and 17 October 2007. The Company confirms that there is no further information about Lance Batchelor requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
