The directors would liketo thank Alexander for his valuable contribution since joining the Board in May2003 and wish him well in his future activities. The Company also announces that David S Eberly will join the Board as anon-executive director with immediate effect to represent Beringea. David is aSenior Managing Director and co-founder of Beringea LLC and also sits on theboard of Beringea Limited, the Company’s investment manager. David hasextensive experience in investment banking and sat on the Board of EuropeanGateway Acquisition Corp. from 1996 until 1998 and also Williams Controls Incfrom 2002 until 2003.
