MOTIVE TELEVISION PLC DIRECTORATE CHANGES The board of Motive Television plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce theappointment as finance director of Alistair King. The appointment will takeeffect from 1 October and at that time Ian Buckley will switch from beingfinance director to being a non-executive director with a remit to look atacquisitions.Alistair is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Chartered Institute ofTaxation. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1984, Alistair workedfor KPMG in a number of management positions before leaving to become a partnerin a firm of practising accountants. In 1995 he set up his own consultancybusiness specialising in providing strategic advice, consultancy services andmanagement information to a number of businesses both privately owned andlisted.Alistair has worked for Motive Television plc for nine months, providingassistance in preparation of both the year end and interim accounts as well assetting up regular group reporting and forecasting procedures.
