Mr Smith has spent the majority of his career working as achartered certified accountant and has been a director of Roca ManagementServices Limited since 1997. In addition, Mr Smith has been a director of Garrick Estate Limited, StokeForgings Limited, Bestolife Limited and Granja S.A. a manufacturer of gardenequipment in France which was placed in a members liquidation by its parentcompany in 2005, all creditors have been paid in full to date.
