Chief Financial Officer Update

 

Further to the announcement made on 1 November 2023, The Weir Group PLC ("Weir Group") is pleased to announce that Brian Puffer will join Weir Group as Chief Financial Officer and be appointed to the Board with effect from 1 March 2024.

As previously announced, John Heasley stepped down as Chief Financial Officer and resigned from the Board on 30 November 2023. Jon Stanton, Chief Executive Officer, is overseeing the Company's Finance function on a day-to-day basis pending Brian's arrival.
