UNITED UTILITIES GROUP PLC 11 JUNE 2012 BOARD CHANGES
Notification has been received, confirming David Jones' intention to retire from the board at the company's annual general meeting to be held on 27 July 2012. On David's departure Sara Weller will take over as chair of the remuneration committee.
Dr John McAdam commented: "After over seven years service as a non-executive at United Utilities, we are extremely grateful to David for his significant contribution to the business and we wish him all the best for the future."
