Directorate changes

 

Studio Retail Group plc, the digital-first value retailer, announces that Francois Coumau will retire from the Board at the end the Annual General Meeting in September 2021 having completed seven years as an independent non-executive director of the Company. In addition, Elaine O'Donnell has indicated that she does not intend to stand for re-election at the AGM having served her initial term of three years as an independent non-executive director.

Mr Coumau will be succeeded as Chair of the Remuneration Committee by Clare Askem. An announcement relating to Ms O'Donnell's successor as Chair of the Audit Committee will be made in due course.
