Tom co-founded Intermediate Capital Group in 1989 and was its managing directoruntil his retirement in April 2005. He started his career with Price Waterhousein 1969 and then moved to Charterhouse Bank in 1974, where he was a director intheir corporate finance and private equity businesses.
