DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

N Brown Group Plc ("N Brown") announces that Gill Barr, a non-executive director, has notified the Board of her intention to step down from the Board of N Brown, in order to focus on other professional commitments. Ms Barr will step down from the Board following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in July and will not stand for re-election. Further announcements shall be made in due course.
