25 August 2005 ITM Power plc ("ITM") Directorate Change ITM announces today that Gervas Steele has resigned from the Board as anon-executive director with immediate effect to pursue other businessinterests.Mr Steele has served as non-executive director since March 2002, previously hefounded and became senior partner of Steele & Co, a solicitors practicespecialising in company and commercial law.Stephen Massey, Chairman of ITM, said: "We are very grateful to Gervas for thesignificant contribution he has made to the development of ITM Power.
