Directorate Change - Appointment of CFO

NATS Holdings Limited ("NATS") today announces that Gary Franklin has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). 

Effective 1 January 2026, Gary will succeed Alistair Borthwick, whose resignation was announced in July. Gary joined NATS in 2007. He has extensive experience in the finance, regulatory and commercial areas of the business having held senior management positions in both NATS (En Route) Plc (NERL) and, most recently, as the Managing Director for NATS (Services) Ltd (NSL).
