Directorate Change

Further to the announcement by Arrow Global on 14 April 2015, Sir George Matthewson retired from the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Senior Independent Director with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 3 June 2015. As announced previously, Iain Cornish has replaced Sir George as Senior Independent Director on his retirement.

In accordance with LR9.6.11, the Company also announces that pursuant to Sir George's retirement from the Board the following Non-Executive Directors became members of the Committees below with immediate effect:

· Remuneration Committee - Iain Cornish

· Audit & Risk Committee - Robin Phipps
