Cobham plc confirms start dates for Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Following the previous announcement on 17 August 2016, Cobham plc now confirms the start date for David Lockwood, the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), which will be 12 December 2016. On 14 December 2016, Mr Lockwood will join the Board and Bob Murphy will step down from the Board and the CEO role.

Following the previous announcement on 29 June 2016, Cobham plc now also confirms the start date for David Mellors, the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), which will be 1 January 2017. On that date Mr Mellors will join the Board and Simon Nicholls will step down from the Board and the CFO role.
