Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Michael Page International plc, the specialist recruitment consultancy, announces that Robin Buchanan has today joined the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director.

Robin is a Senior Adviser to Bain & Company Inc, having been Managing Partner and then the Senior Partner of Bain in the UK between 1990 and 2007. Between 2007 and 2009 he served as Dean and then President of London Business School. He is a Non-Executive Director of Schroders plc since March 2010 and LyondellBasell NV since May 2011. He is a member of the Trilateral Commission, of the Advisory Board of the UK India Business Council and of the International Advisory Council of Recipco. He is also a member of the remuneration committee of Coller Capital Ltd. He served as Non-Executive Director of Liberty International plc from 1997 to 2008 and also with Shire plc from 2003 to 2008.

Commenting on the appointment, Sir Adrian Montague, Chairman, said:

There are no disclosures to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Robin Buchanan.
